Well Fit offers classes for everyone. Check our events calendar for specific dates and times for all of our classes. The first class is free for anyone to come and try. We are sure that you will love the classes we have to offer!
Classes
Boot Camp
with Kristy Lair
Boot camp is a total body training class which focuses on strength training, light cardio and plenty of core work. This class focuses on building strength and improving your overall fitness and wellness.
Exercises can be modified for different levels of fitness training.
HIIT
with Kristy Lair
High intensity interval training, also known as HIIT, involves total body training using light weights and high rep training circuits, including cardio work for peak fitness. The class is designed to work at systematically varying your heart rate with short bursts of resistance and cardio training peaks with intervals of lowering the heart rate.
Exercises can be modified for different levels of fitness training.
Revolution
with Kristy Lair
Revolution is a variation of cardio, interval, weight and body resistance training. Each workout varies in style and incorporates varying levels of intensity for the most efficient aerobic and anaerobic workout.

Lifelong Balance & Grace Moves 6 Week Course
Dates: Monday Mornings: Sept 9 - Oct 14 Cost: $50 for either or $80 for both Times: Lifelong Balance: 9-10 a.m.; Grace Moves: 10-11 a.m.

Kristy Lair
Kristy is a certified personal trainer, lifestyle, weight management and mind-body fitness coach. She has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and has worked with clients of all ages. She loves to teach group fitness classes, which provide an encouraging social outlet and group connection between class members. Her passion is to help others overcome their struggles in order to achieve their health and fitness goals.
